If your payment completed, the next step is to email hello@storeauditlab.com with five details about your store.
Stripe, not StoreAuditLab, handles the payment and issues the receipt for it. If you were charged and no receipt arrives, that is worth telling us about.
This page is a plain instructions page. Opening it does not confirm an order, and nothing on it should be read as proof that a payment went through.

Five lines. No attachments needed.
- Store URL. The public domain you want reviewed.
- Platform. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, a custom build, or whatever you actually run.
- Approximate product count. A rough number is fine.
- Target country. The market you want to rank in, which is not always where you are.
- Main SEO concern. The one thing that made you buy the audit.
Optional and useful: up to ten specific URLs you most want covered. If you do not send any, we choose a representative sample across your homepage, collection, product, and content templates.

This opens your mail app with the five fields ready to complete. If it does not work on your device, write to hello@storeauditlab.com directly.

The audit runs from public pages only, so there is nothing to install and no access to grant.
- We review up to 10 representative public URLs from your store.
- We pull Ahrefs data and assemble up to 10 keyword and page opportunities.
- You receive a prioritized PDF in 48 hours, sorted into fix now, fix next, and can wait.
- You get one clarification message afterwards, for questions about what the report says.
The redacted sample report shows the format you will receive. It is illustrative rather than a customer case study. The terms page states the full scope, the exclusions, and what is never guaranteed.
We will never ask for account access. No store admin logins, no passwords, no Search Console, no analytics accounts. If a message claiming to be StoreAuditLab asks you for any of those, it is not us.
If something did not go right
- You were charged but no receipt arrived. Email us with the date and the email address used at checkout, plus the Stripe receipt reference if you have one. Never send a full card number.
- You think you were charged twice. Tell us and we will check it against Stripe rather than leave it to you to chase.
- Stripe did not confirm the payment. This page cannot determine the order status. Return to the Stripe window or email us before trying again if you are unsure.
- You are not sure the audit suits your store. Ask before anything else. The contact page covers the fit questions, and the pricing page names the situations where a $100 sampled audit is the wrong purchase.
- You ordered through Fiverr instead. Send the same five details through the Fiverr order message rather than by email, so the marketplace holds the record.
If you landed here without buying anything
No problem, and nothing has been charged. Start at the audit service page for what the review covers, the pricing page for the full scope and exclusions, or the free checklist if you would rather run the first pass yourself.
