Email hello@storeauditlab.com. That is the only contact channel this site publishes.
Include your store URL, your platform, roughly how many products you have, your target country, and your main SEO concern. That is enough for us to tell you whether the $100 audit will be useful to you, and it is the same information we need to start the work if you order.
You do not have to email before ordering. The $100 checkout works on its own, and the review runs from public pages, so no account access is ever requested.
What to send
Five lines are enough. Copy this list into the email if it helps.
- Store URL. The public domain you want reviewed.
- Platform. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, a custom build, or whatever you actually run.
- Approximate product count. A rough number is fine. It affects which templates we sample, not the price.
- Target country. The market you want to rank in, which is not always where you are.
- Main SEO concern. The one thing that made you look for an audit.
Optional and useful: up to ten specific URLs you care about most. If you do not send any, we choose a representative sample across your homepage, collection, product, and content templates.
Never send credentials. We do not ask for store admin logins, passwords, Search Console access, or analytics accounts, and the audit has no use for them. If anyone claiming to be StoreAuditLab asks you for account access, that is not us.
Questions we answer before you buy
These are the ones worth asking first, because the answer decides whether the fixed scope is the right purchase.
- Will a ten-URL sample find anything on a catalog this size? Usually yes, because most template problems repeat across a catalog. Send the URL and we will say what we expect to be able to see.
- Is my situation on the do-not-buy list? The pricing page names six situations where a $100 sampled audit is the wrong purchase, including full-crawl needs, traffic-loss forensics, and manual actions. If yours is one of them, we say so.
- Can you do the fixes as well? No. The audit identifies work; it does not implement it. That boundary does not move.
- Do you handle agency or reseller work? Only within the same fixed scope. The agency page sets out what is and is not possible before you commit a client to it.
If you would rather judge the depth before asking anything, read the full redacted sample report. It is illustrative rather than a customer case study, and it shows the format you would receive.
Channels, honestly
What exists
- Email at hello@storeauditlab.com
- The Stripe checkout on this site for direct orders
- A Fiverr listing with its own message channel, for buyers who prefer marketplace payment protection
What does not exist
- A phone number or a callback line
- A contact form or live chat on this site
- A published response-time guarantee
- A sales team, an account manager, or a discovery call funnel
StoreAuditLab is a studio selling one bounded product. Listing a phone line nobody answers, or a form that lands nowhere, would be worse than saying plainly that email is the channel.
If you have already ordered
Send the five details above to hello@storeauditlab.com and nothing else is needed from you. The next steps page covers the same thing in one screen.
Contact questions
Do I have to email before I order?
No. The $100 checkout works without any prior contact, and the review runs from public pages. Emailing first is for cases where you are unsure the fixed scope fits, and we would rather answer that than take an order we cannot serve.
What information do you need to run the audit?
Your store URL, your platform, roughly how many products you have, your target country, and your main SEO concern. No passwords, no admin access, and no analytics accounts.
Is there a phone number or a contact form?
No. Email to hello@storeauditlab.com is the only channel this site publishes. There is no phone line, no contact form, and no live chat, and we would rather say so than list a number nobody answers.
How quickly will you reply?
StoreAuditLab does not publish a response-time promise. Email is the only public contact channel.
